RS Artistic Director, Fashion Designer and Painter
RS born in 1970 in Perpignan, France, he was influenced by his Catalonian and Oriental origins
At 14 years old he learnt the latest hairdressing techniques with Paul Riviere in his home town of Perpignan and then finished his training with Vidal Sassoon Paris and London.
At 15 years old he met his fashion designer friend Phillipe Bigata now known as Felipe Nomikos
At 16 years old he created his first collection SOS FANTASME, with raw and innovative materials such as plastic and cardboard, in an avant-garde style.
At 18 years old he was destined very early for a career in fashion and the artistic milieu, attracted like a night butterfly by the city lights, he took flight for Paris.
In 1988 he met Jean Claude Lagreze, photographer for Elle magazine and organiser of the best Parisian parties, he worked for him, at the French Kiss party at Palace and at the same time for famous Parisian night clubs ; le Privilège, le Boy, les bains douches, chez Olivia Valère, chez Régine, Chez Castel, le Broad, la Centrale, et le Rex….
All this introduced him to various celebrities godmother Béatrice Dalle, of the French Kiss party », DJ David Guetta, DJ Laurent Garnier, Claude Challe artistic director of Bains Douches and creator of Buddha bars, Grace Jones, Madonna, David Bowie, Keit Haring (New York painter) Boy Georges, Liegh Bowery symbol of the international party scene, Molcom MC Laren, Yanna KATSOULOS ….
He then worked as artistic director fo Jean Claude Lagrèze incomparable photogrpher of the star de Madonna, Mickey Rourke, Julie Delpy, Arielle Dombasle, Marlène Moureau, Cyrielle Clair, Cameron, Naomi ….

All this led to collaboration for « Lunettes Noires pour Nuits Blanches» with Thierry Ardison at Palace.
Spotted as a model, he took advantage of this to discover front of house and backstage, to expand his experiences, and this allowed him to travel to Europe.
In 1992, he produced from Valérie Laffont and Magali Roullet (androgynous, acting, transformation, performance, musical comedy) show with his friends, which took him travelling for three years around France and abroad, with disconcerting ease and undoubted style. He combined all his talents as hairdresser, make up artist, fashion designer, actor, dancer in a tenderly extravagant and outrageously feminine style. His show was a mix of humour, eccentricity, glitter and colour .
In 1997, the impact of this show led him to record CD and and video clip : styled by Thierry Mugler and RS Ligne by RS, (singer) MOC, title « I would like », signed by EMI, Chrysalis Pchent (Paris) and remixed by the DJ Charles CHILING .
He was a member of the jury for young fashion designer competitions organised by the FRAC .
His meeting with Miette, surrealist artist and friend of Salvador Dali at Rachdingue on the Costa Brava, top nightclub and known worldwide, led him to create a surrealist show French Lovers ; the fashion show took place around sculptures of compressed cars by Cesar . It was an amazing experience .
He was coproducer of French Kiss pqrtis organised in Paris, London and Barcelona with the DJ Carlo de M and JP in hommage to Jean Claude Lagrèze .
He worked as an Artistic Director of young fashion designers for Fashion Week in Paris and London ;
He organised party and fashion events in Paris ; London , the Costa Brava and Barcelona ;
He now has all the skills for a career as a fashion designer and artistic director ;
He knows the tools of the trade , has created a network of relationships and knows how to breathe life into innovative concepts from initial conception to the final product ;
The images of his past are always there, but now he knows how to bring them alive . After Paris and London, he came back to the country in 2001, to Perpignan, his home town to be closer to his family and his son and to work on his projects.
His non traditional and glittery bohemian lifestyle and it is this diversity which makes his vision so current.
He started painting in 2002, it was a revelation/ 95 pictures in 9 months : At the same time, he created his own clothing line. There is always a link between a painting and an item of clothing, he creates his lines like that.

His personal and professional experience has allowed him to perfect his knowledge and include his conceptual ideas in a world affiliated with art, fashion, dance, music, the show and film.
He is today a complete artist, multi-disciplinary and pluridisciplinary artist in a hyper-current trend, his eyes are innovative and constantly innovated, in love with detail, having a keen sense of "gender" sensitive to the colors and wonders of which his creations are the reflection.
